Rules:
- Entry into the competition and/or your acceptance of a prize (in the event that you win) constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any person with whom you may share the prize.
- The first correct entries drawn after the closing date will win the prize.
- Winners will be notified by means of the contact details provided. Winners who fail to claim the prize five days from notification will forfeit the prize.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Employees of Vuk’uzenzele, the prize-sponsoring companies, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, funding and promotion agencies, and suppliers and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees and any other associated parties may not participate in the competition.
- Winners will be solely responsible for the travelling and accommodation costs to attend the Opera. All costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the winners.
- Vuk’uzenzele will not be held liable for any illness, injury, death, theft, loss or damage that may occur during participation in the competition.
- The entrants’ personal information will be processed in compliance with the POPI Act (kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.)
- Vuk’uzenzele reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition without notice at any time for any reason deemed necessary
